      顶管隧道长距离平行侧穿高架桥桩基础的影响研究

      Impact analysis on existing pile foundation of viaducts induced by construction of parallel pipe-jacking tunnels

      • 摘要: 为探究大直径顶管隧道长距离平行侧穿既有轨道交通高架桥桩基础的影响, 保障轨道交通的安全运营, 依托某顶管隧道工程, 利用三维有限元数值模拟, 结合工程实际分析了顶管隧道施工过程中周边轨道交通高架桥桩基础各个方向的变形规律。结果表明:①顶管隧道长距离平行侧穿既有高架桥桩时, 主要影响掘进面及其之前的桩基础, 且当掘进面离既有高架桥达到一定距离后, 桩基础变形基本稳定;②顶管隧道施工对既有轨道交通高架桥桩基础的影响以垂直于顶管走向的变形为主, 其最大值和平均值分别为2.27 mm和1.04 mm;③顶管隧道施工对高架区间和高架车站桩基础的影响规律基本一致, 不过相比于车站, 顶管隧道对区间桩基的影响更大。

         

        Abstract: In order to ensure the operational safety of rail transit, the research investigated the impact on the pile foundation of subway viaducts caused by the long and closely parallel pipe-jacking tunnels construction. Based on a pipe-jacking tunnel of certain power channel, the deformation law of pile foundations in various directions of pile foundation of subway viaducts during the construction process of pipe-jacking tunnel were analyzed by three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation analysis method. The results showed that: ① When a pipe-jacking tunnel passed through an existing elevated bridge in parallel over a long distance, it mainly affected the excavation face and the pile foundation before it, and when the excavation face reached a certain distance from the existing elevated pile foundation, the deformation of the pile foundation tended to stabilize. ② The deformation in the direction of vertical pipe-jacking of pile foundations was the most affected by the long-distance pipe jacking tunnel construction, with the maximum and average values reaching 2.27 mm and 1.04 mm, respectively. ③ The impact patterns of pipe-jacking tunnels on the pile foundations of elevated sections and elevated stations were basically consistent. However, the construction of the pipe-jacking tunnels had a greater impact on the pile foundations of the elevated section, compare to the pile foundations of elevated station.
