Abstract:
As a key component of the flood control system in the Huaihe River Basin, the Hudong Flood Detention Area effectively ensures the coordinated overall benefits of the Yishu River Flood East Diversion Project and the Nansi Lake Flood South Diversion Project in flood control, water resource allocation, and other aspects by utilizing its function of storing and retaining floods exceeding the standard. In order to further enhance the efficiency of engineering operation and management, digital twin construction was synchronously promoted in the construction process of Hudong Flood Detention Area Project. With core business applications such as engineering construction management, dispatch command, disaster damage assessment, and compensation calculation as the goal, it could share the achievements of Shandong Province′s digital twin basin and water network construction, and to build a digital twin scene for engineering dispatch. By integrating water conservancy professional models and intelligent recognition models, the "four pre" functional system was developed to achieve digital mapping, intelligent simulation, and forward-looking rehearsal of the operation and management of Hudong Flood Detention Area. The research results showed that through the construction of the digital twin Hudong Flood Detention Area management system, the engineering scheduling and command capabilities were effectively improved, providing a reference for the application of digital twin intelligent business in other flood detention areas.
