      引大济岷工程深埋长隧洞岩爆等级判别及防治研究

      Research on grades identification and prevention of rockburst in deep and long buried tunnels of Dadu River to Minjiang River Water Diversion Project

      • 摘要: 针对引大济岷工程引水隧洞群埋深大、地应力高、脆硬岩体多等导致岩爆风险较高的问题,对岩爆判释及防治措施开展研究。梳理了国内典型隧洞岩爆特征,总结近年来岩爆隧洞施工及管理经验,依据工程可行性研究阶段的地质测绘及试验结果,以岩石强度和地应力两个核心指标进行工程岩爆分级评判,完成岩爆长度和等级预判划分。结果表明:存在岩爆的隧洞为二郎山、老君山、千池山、莲花山4个隧洞,轻微、中等、强烈岩爆占比分别为4.80%,6.88%,2.39%,建议采取钻爆法“优工艺、用新材、释应力”和TBM法“改设备、分级控、强管理”的防治措施。研究成果可为引大济岷工程岩爆灾害提供系统防治方案,并为类似工程提供参考。

         

        Abstract: To address the high risks of rockburst caused by deep burial, high crustal stress, and numerous brittle and hard rock masses in the diversion tunnel groups of Dadu River to Minjiang River Water Diversion Project, research was conducted on rockburst assessment and prevention measures for the project.This paper reviewed typical characteristics of rockburst in domestic tunnels, summarized experiences in recent years regarding tunnel excavation and construction management measures.Based on geological mapping and test results from the feasibility study phase, the project s rockburst classification was evaluated by using rock strength and crustal stress two core indicators to predict rockburst length and severity levels.The results showed that rockburst occured in Erlang Mountain, Laojun Mountain, Qianchi Mountain, and Lianhua Mountain four tunnels, with mild, moderate, and severe rockburst proportions of 4.80%, 6.88% and 2.39%, respectively.It is recommended to adopt prevention measures such as "optimized techniques, new materials, and stress relief" for drilling and blasting methods, as well as "equipment upgrades, graded control, and strong management" for TBM methods.The research results provided a systematic prevention plan for rockburst hazards in the Dadu River to Minjiang River Water Diversion Project, and could be a reference for similar projects.
