      鄱阳湖区穿堤建筑物汛期险情及抢护措施研究

      Study on flood danger and emergency protection for the cross-dyke structures in Poyang Lake area during flood season

      • 摘要: 鄱阳湖区的穿堤建筑物主要用于水利排灌和交通运输等,与圩堤一起成为鄱阳湖防洪体系重要组成部分。根据2020年和2024年鄱阳湖流域防汛经历,总结分析了穿堤建筑物险情的判别、探测监测和抢护方法。提出将穿堤建筑物的险情根据发生部位划分为建筑物结构变形类、闸门类和土-结构结合部类,分析了基于此分类的穿堤建筑物险情抢护方法。结合乐圩自排闸的渗漏险情实例,总结了出险过程、渗漏探测和抢护处置方法。结果表明,根据险情类别科学选用抢护方法可以有效进行穿堤建筑物的险情抢护。研究成果可为防汛工作提供经验参考,为防汛应急抢险新技术研究提供思路。

         

        Abstract: The cross-dyke structures around Poyang Lake area are mainly used for water diversion and transportation, and the vital component of Poyang Lake flood control system with dyke.Based on the work of flood management in 2020 and 2024 in Poyang Lake basin, this paper summarized and analyzed the identification, detection, monitoring and emergency protection methods of the cross-dyke structures risk.That can be divided into building structure, gate and soil-structure combination three categories by site of occurrence.Then the disposal methods of three categories risks of the cross-dyke structures were analyzed and summarized in detail.At last, the example of the risk of Lewei sluice in 2020 was introduced, including the process of the risk, the monitor and detection of the seepage, the disposal methods of the risks.The results indicated that scientifically selecting rescue methods based on the type of risk can effectively carry out emergency protection for cross-dyke structures.The research results can provide a reference for the flood management, and also provide ideas for the research of new emergency rescue technology.
