长江干流中下游坡式护岸工程导流标准研究

摘要: 为合理安排导流工程并保护岸坡, 针对长江中下游坡式护岸工程施工导流不匹配现行规范规定的洪水频率标准问题, 从坡式护岸的导流特点出发, 提出采用可施工时间重现期来衡量坡式护岸工程的导流标准。以长江干流武汉段某护岸工程为例, 5 a一遇可施工时间为36 d, 水上护坡工程完工时间为36 d, 可满足5 a一遇的导流标准。可施工时间重现期可以衡量坡式护岸工程导流系统失效的风险, 且在同一重现期下, 与规范规定的洪水频率标准所代表的风险大小一致。研究结果表明, 以可施工时间重现期作为坡式护岸工程导流标准, 可进一步完善护岸工程导流设计, 为工程施工提供指导。Abstract: Aimed at the problem that the diversion of slope revetment engineering in the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River is difficult to match the flood frequency standard specified in the current code, the return period of construction time was proposed to measure the diversion standard of slope revetment project.Taking a revetment project in the Wuhan Section of the Yangtze River main stream as an example, the construction time for the five-year return period is 36 days.The over-water slope protection works are scheduled to be completed within 36 days, which can meet the diversion standard for the five-year return period.The return period of construction time can measure the failure risk of the slope protection project s diversion system.Under the same return period, it is consistent with the risk level represented by the flood frequency standard stipulated in the code.The research results show that taking the construction time regression period as the diversion standard for slope bank protection projects can further improve the diversion design of bank protection projects and also provide scientific guidance for engineering construction.
