      超声衰减法测量悬移质含沙量的影响因素分析

      Analysis of influencing factors of suspended sediment concentration measured by ultrasonic attenuation method

      • 摘要: 超声波在水体中传播时会受到多种环境因素影响,进而降低了基于超声衰减法的悬移质含沙量测量系统的精度和稳定性。因此,在利用单对传感器超声数据的基础上,分析多种因素对超声波传感器的影响关系。对超声波传感器的内在影响因素进行分析,重点分析了超声波频率、探头间距、探头输入信号幅值对含沙量测量的影响,探寻最佳设置参数。考虑水体及设备温度、悬浮物介质及浓度、水体流速以及水体深度等环境因素的影响设计了相应的探究试验。试验结果表明:发现超声探头输入信号幅值和输出在一定范围内呈线性关系,超声波频率和探头间距选取的过大或者过小都会对接收到的超声幅值产生不利的影响,进而影响悬移质含沙量测量精度。悬浮物介质及浓度、温度、水体流速与超声读数均呈现出线性关系。其中,悬浮物介质对悬移质含沙量测量的影响极大,黄河泥沙和高岭红土两种介质下超声读数与悬浮物浓度二者的分段拟合结果分别为0.997 0和0.992 5。

         

        Abstract: When ultrasonic waves propagate in water bodies, they are affected by various environmental factors, which consequently reduces the accuracy and stability of the suspended sediment concentration measurement system based on ultrasonic attenuation.Therefore, based on one-dimensional ultrasonic data, this study analyzed the relationship between multiple factors affecting the ultrasonic sensor, and proposes a multi-factor fusion calculation model for suspended sediment concentration.An analysis was conducted on the internal factors of the ultrasonic sensor, focusing on the effects of ultrasound amplitude, frequency, and probe spacing on sediment concentration measurement, aiming to find the optimal settings for these parameters.Corresponding exploration experiments were designed considering the influences of environmental factors such as water body and equipment temperature, suspended solids medium and concentration, water flow rate and water depth.The research results show that it is found that the input signal amplitude and output of the ultrasonic probe have a linear relationship within a certain range.If the ultrasonic frequency and the probe spacing are selected too large or too small, it will have an adverse effect on the received ultrasonic amplitude, thereby affecting the measurement accuracy of the sediment content in suspended mass.The suspended solids medium and its concentration, temperature, water flow rate and ultrasonic readings all show a linear relationship.Among them, the suspended solids medium has a significant impact on the measurement of sediment content in suspended matter, the segmented fitting results of ultrasonic readings and suspended solids concentration under the two media of Yellow River sediment and Gaoling red soil are 0.997 0 and 0.992 5 respectively.
